It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phil M. Kaplan of Woodridge, New York, born in Monticello, New York, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Meyer Kaplan and Dorothy Kaplan; his wife Anne; his children, Heather (Matthew), Eddie (Eryn), Randi, Nicole (Donald) and Rachel (Clayton); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Steven, Jonas, Madelyn, Avery, Hunter, Grayson, Sara and Naia; and his brother Bruce.
