She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Cherviok; her husband Harold Akerley (Hetz); her mother Anna Cherviok; and her sister Helen Salovin (Irwin). She is survived by: her brother Alexander Cherviok; her children, Donna Akerley, Coxson, Glen Akerley (Pam) and Eric Akerley (Donna); and her grandchildren, Brianna Yetter (Kory), Amie Akerley (Kevin) and Nolan Akerley.
Olga has asked that any donations may be made to the Woodridge Volunteer Fire Department - Fireman's Park Fund.
