She is survived by: her children, Marguerite Simmons of Orange, NJ, Rosita Price of Easton, PA, Kervin Herring (Shirley) of Smyrna, DE, Wanda Toney (Clifton) of Monticello, NY, Dennis Herring (Clara) of Schenectady, NY, Felicia Mclean (Robert) of Waterbury, CT, Jeffrey Herring of Coleman, FL, Corsha Herring and Rapheal Herring (Keisha) of Rock Hill, SC; her siblings, James Earl Carr (Carrie), David Carr (Celestine), Willie Carr (Angie), Ledell Carr (Desiree), Gary Carr (Robin), Annie Sanabria, Mattie Carr, Mary Lois Carr and Eunice Carr; her grandchildren, Deon Simmons (Elena), Sharon Simmons, Michael Simmons, Sharon Finch (Tyrone), Monique Fletcher (Jeff), Jasmine Ramos, Sean Dennis Herring, Kristine Herring, Kervin Herring, Jr., Jakai Herring, Rapheal Herring Jr., Treyshawn, Emily and Kingston Herring; and her great grandchildren, Milanni Simmons, Nia Simmons, Natalie Simmons, Christian, Torie, Zoey Simmons, Makai York, Chloe Cline, Noah Ramos and Aurya Herring. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Margaret went to Charity High School in Wallace, North Carolina.
