It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis B Davis (Woodridge, New York), born in Fort Gaines, Georgia, who passed away on July 20, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everzetta Davis Bray and William Love; his brothers, Elijah "Fuzzy" Davis of Miami and James Love of Miami; his son Ronald James of Woodbridge; his stepfather Jimmy Bray of Fort Gaines; and his stepson Jimmy Johnson of New York.
He is survived by: his children, Jessie Robinson of Port Jervis, Renee Lyles of Waldorf, Beverly Coley of Raleigh, Stephanie Stokes of New York, Kyleigh Avery and Victoria Avery of Woodridge; and his stepchildren, Silvya A. Kirk of Midwest City, Fontaine Swinson of Goldsboro, Arthur "Shot" Johnson of Wilson and Joe Johnson of Raleigh. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins and many friends.
