He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Cady, Sr. and Leona J. Cady (Easton); his parents-in-law, Walter S. Everitt, Jr. and Evelyn R. Everitt; his grandchildren, Brock Howard Cady and Alannah Cheyanne Burke; his son-in-law Ryan Herold; his nephew David Cady; and his siblings-in-law, Richard McIntosh, Frank Trunell, Clair Everitt, Gary Clemens, Jennings "Dave" Sawyer and Debra Clemens.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M. Cady (Everitt); his children, Stephen, Jr. Cady (Stephanie), Nicolai Sanchez (Susana), LeeAnne Jordan (Christopher), Joseph Cady (Priscilla) and Marjorie Austin (Richard); his grandchildren, Dalton Cady (Autumn), Parker Cady (Madison), Skyler Cady (Kurt Amidon), Jimena Sanchez, Cade Herold, Madison Herold, Ariel Alligood, Amar Alligood, Emily Welch, Cameron Welch, Matty Hall (Tanner), Sarah Tice and Parks Austin; his great grandchildren, Marley Mae Cady, Sloane Love Cady, Steven Everitt Cady and Brock Atlas Cady; his sisters, Jean McIntosh and Joanne Trunell; his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Sawyer and Andrea Everitt; and also, Dennis Cady (Bonnie), Dean Cady (Pamela) and Howard Cady, Jr..
