He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin D. Fillmore and Flora A. Fillmore (Underwood); his sister Evelyn; his siblings-in-law, Felix Candelaria and Pat Fillmore; his nephew John Fillmore Jr.; and his former wife Donna Fillmore (Johnson).
He is survived by: his friends, Tioga (PA), Potter and Chemung; his significant other Becky Painter of Woodhull; his children, Erika Dickerson (Deric) of Addison, Kelby Fillmore (Cheyenne Gehringer) of Corning and Lydia Fillmore (Michael Payne) of Woodhull; his grandchildren, Abygail Dickerson, Josephine, Delilah and Serena Payne; and his brother John Fillmore of Argyle, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested for the Woodhull Fire Dept. or Paradise Garden Animal Haven in Woodhull.
