She is survived by: her spouse Foster O. Decker; her sons, Burt Fuller Jr. of Addison, Kenneth Fuller of Delaware, Frank McNett of Florida and Terry McNett of Wellsboro, PA; and her stepchildren, Carl Decker of Horseheads, Pamela Foley of Watkins Glen, Christina VanDerworker and Timothy Decker of Bath. She is also survived by several grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
