He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi H. Williams and Mary Williams (Jones); his brothers, Levi Williams Jr., Frederick Robert Williams and Charles Williams; and his great grandchild Zoey R. Haynes.
He is survived by: his wife Delbertdeen Williams of Woodhull; his children, Allen Williams (Karen) of Addison, Eric Williams (Esther) of Coudersport, PA, Ricky Williams (Angela) of Rexville, Kim Williams of Woodhull and Kevin Williams of Woodhull; his grandchildren, Mike Williams (Kristin), Chris Williams, Hannah Williams (Brian Dibble), James Williams, Hayden Williams and Kylen Williams; his great grandchildren, Wallace Haynes and Rylan Dibble; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Trumbul of Woodhull. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
