He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bulkley and Alice Hoyt Bulkley; his siblings, Thomas Bulkley and Dorothy; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Champion and Charles Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Bulkley of Addison; his children, Larado Scott Bulkley of Amity Lake, NY, Tracy Lynn Smith of Burlington, NC, Chondo Lancer Bulkley of Rexville, NY and Chanandoah Bulkley of Addison; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Bulkley, Lacy Bulkley, Shelby Bulkley, Cree Bulkley, Cory Pritchard, Tiesa Smith, Traylynn Smith, Jameka Jeffries, James Jeffries, Randy Bevis, Caleb Bevis (Katrina), Desi, Aaron Mousaw, Shylo Bulkley, Morgan Bulkley, Cierra Paciorek and Bryler Bulkley; his siblings, Shirley Horton (Dick), Genevieve Goosen (Harry), Beverly Parker, Clyde Bulkley (Debbie) and Sydney Mattison (Gordon); and his sister-in-law Marlene Bulkley. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
