He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Baker Decker; his stepmother Mary Decker; and his nieces, Celia Decker and Pamela Estrid Jones. He is survived by: his father Foster Decker of Woodhull, NY; his siblings, Pamela Foley (Norm) of Watkins Glen, NY, Sissy Vanderworker (Raymond) of Danville, PA and Timothy Decker of Woodhull, NY; his stepbrother Burt Fuller of Woodhull, NY; his nieces, Nakisha Hansen and Avantika Decker; and his nephew Zyler Decker.
