He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rubyor and Ruth Wardale Rubyor; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Estella Kowalik; and his brother Phillip.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Michael (PJ) of Alpharetta Ga, Sheryl Hutton (Chad) of Boonville and Erik (Liz) of Clinton; his grandsons, Justin Rubyor, Jack and Troy Hutton; his brother Mark (Stef) of Woodgate; his sisters-in-law, Maureen Rubyor of Woodgate and Jean Van Valkenburg (Will) of Otter Lake; his close friend Linda Hart (Sam) of Lee Center; and his caregivers, Sue, Kevin and Missy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
