It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave C. Hibben II (Woodbury, New York), born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on October 28, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Dave is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Dave's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Hibben and Rebakah Hibben (Stump). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hibben of Wurtsboro, NY; his sons, Donald Hibben of California and Dave C. Hibben, III of New York; and his sisters, Ravonna Williams of Lebanon, OR and Christy Hibben. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home (117 Maple Ave, Monroe, NY 10950). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Cemetery of the Highlands (634 NY-32, Highland Mills, NY 10930).
