With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther Hitt of Woodbourne, New York, born in Woodridge, New York, who passed away on December 12, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther A. Hitt, Sr. and Camilla Gildersleeve Hitt; and his daughter Kimberly. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Scott Hitt (Rita) and Colleen Bunning (John); and his siblings, Gloria Dalsgard, Deborah Stubits and Howard Hitt. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
