He was predeceased by: his aunt Mary; and his uncle Don. He is survived by: his parents, John Uciechowski and Joan Winfield Uciechowski; his wife Theresa S. Uciechowski; his children, Alex and Charlotte Uciechowski; and his cousins, Rick, Donna, Mike Lara (Jen), Amanda O'Neill (Matt) and Matt Lara.
