She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrej Radacovsky and Maria Partilova Radacovsky; her husband Michael Zakutny; and her children, Bozena Kennedy (Robert), Dr. Emil Zakutny (Patricia Fay-Zakutny) and Helen Kimmel (John). She was also cherished by her four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren; and one of her four siblings.
Social distancing guidelines will be in place; masks must be worn at all times.
