She is survived by: her brothers, Julius Smith and Derrick Ward of Uniontown; and her children, Erica Jackson-Martin (Jasper) of Liberty, NY and Lamar Jackson of Middletown, NY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
