He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Monroe and Dorothy Monroe (Hedderick). He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his close friend Lucia; his children, Nancy Boykin (Teddy) of California and Tod Monroe (Susan) of Baldwinsville; his sister Betty Buttaccio (Edward) of Newark; his grandchildren, Tori Boykin-Kevorkian (Daniel), Triniti Boykin, Frances and John Monroe; and his great grandchildren, Haysley and Kason Kevorkian. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
