He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Duncan and Luella Palmer Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Plantz (Jeff) of Wolcott, Christi Budniewski (Brian) of Arizona and Robert Duncan Jr. (Kim) of Ontario; the mother of his children Deborah Duncan; his sister Ann Gasper of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Tracy VanFleet (Eric), Chynna Plantz, Zachary Budniewski and Sophia Budnewski; and his great grandchildren, Madison VanFleet, Wyatt VanFleet, Emmett VanFleet and Oliver VanFleet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
