He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Chatfield and Elizabeth Chatfield (Tatum). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Chatfield (Moore) of Wolcott; and his daughter Linda D'Amore (Dominick) of Oswego. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
