He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Bell and Barbara Seamans Bell; and his brother Gary Bell. He is survived by: his close friend Colleen Barnes; his children, Tina Bell Cole (Byron), Robin Wicks, Frederick Bell Jr. and Cory Gaylord; and his stepchildren, Nicole Snyder, Robert Koerner (Heather) and Jessica Barnes. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters, 14 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
