She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin R. Neal and Dorothy E. Dunn Neal; and her husband Richard LaValley. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Williams (Douglas) of Wolcott; her grandchildren, Becky Williams, Zachary Platt and Elizabeth Platt; and her great grandchild Jade Ann Rickman.
