He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Parkison and Florence Parkison (Holly); and his son Evan Parkison. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" (Reilly); his sons, Matthew Parkison (Arielle) of Fair Haven and D. Eric Parkison (Stephanie Wallace) of Lynn, MA; his siblings, Doug Parkison (Lisa), Darrell Parkison (Robin), Steve Parkison, Sharon Bailey (Bob) and Sue Gilligan (Joe); and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Alexander, Sebastian, Benjamin and August. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
