He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris R. Ramsdell and Frances D. Ramsdell (Locke); his daughter Emily Ramsdell; and his siblings, Reginald, Walter, Gus, Joanne Noblett, Grace Montgomery and Shirley Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Francis; his children, Rebecca, Donald Sanford of Tupper Lake, Daniel, Lorie Ramsdell of Winthrop, Anthony and Heather Ramsdell of Winthrop; his grandchildren, Matthew, Ruth Sanford, Emily Sanford, Samantha Sanford (Scott Delair), Brian Ramsdell, Zane Ramsdell, Cammie, Joshua D'Souza, Gabrielle, Levi White, Makiah Ramsdell (Mitchel Barber), Danaye Ramsdell and Annica Ramsdell; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Jenna, George Sanford and River White; his sister Kay Jenkins; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Ramsdell and David Montgomery. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and cousins.
