Charleston of Winthrop, New York, born in Massena, New York, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Duane, Virgil, Keith Charleston and June Charleston; his uncle Argie; his aunt Madeline Decker; and his parents, Vernon Charleston and Velma Decker Charleston.
He is survived by : his wife Shirley Charleston; his children, Brian Charleston (Donna) and Kelly Cyrus (Christopher); his brother Phillip Charleston; and his grandchildren, Colby Cyrus, Nicole, Khye and Allexis Charleston. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Contributions in his memory can be made to the Hospice and Palliative Care of the St. Lawrence Valley, West Stockholm Volunteer Fire Department or the West Stockholm United Methodist Church.
