With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman C. Halley of Winthrop, New York, born in Malone, New York, who passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Florence Abrams (Coughlin) and Charles Halley. He is survived by : his wife Ann F. Carbino; his children, Francie A. Collins (Kevin) of Massena, Kimbery M. Hill (Norman) of Winthrop, Brandie L. Halley (Chris) of Massena and Carrie E. Weegar (Rick) of Brasher Falls; his grandchildren, Samanntha Villnave, Meghan Villnave, Norman Hill (Charlie), Breanna Taraska, Merrick Taraska, Hailie Weegar and Ansen Weegar; and his great grandchild Ellie Olson.
