It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Adams of Winthrop, New York, born in Potsdam, New York, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father James W. Pelsue; her children, Karen Marie Adams and Daniel Paul Adams; her granddaughter Kaysea Wolstenholme; her mother Pearl Pelsue Staby (Hicks); her brother Edson Pelsue; and the father of her children James Paul Adams.
She is survived by : her former life partner James Paul Adams; her husband Boyden Stark; her daughter Kim; her son-in-law Mark Markiewicz of Massena; her son Jeffrey Adams (Robert Rourke) of Massena; her grandsons, Tyler James and Seth Daniel Adams; her stepdaughter Jean Hall; her stepgrandchildren, Jeffery, Donnie, Joshua, Logan and Amber; her great grandchildren, Mary Jane, Michaela, Tenley Rae, Hunter and Elliott; her sister Penny; her brother-in-law Gary Hutchinson of Warrenton, Virginia; and her brother Jay Pelsue of Ormond Beach, Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
