He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Dow and Lillian Dow (Regis); and his sisters, Kathleen Tessier and June Tessier. He is survived by: his significant other Janie D. Dow; his sons, Anthony (Kim Dow), Tracy (Tanya Dow), Michael (Fabiola Dow) and Robert Dow of Waddington, NY.; his grandchildren, Sara, Taylor, Madison, Lillian, Mary-Cate, Charlie, Alexis and Michael Jr.; his siblings, Karen McKernan of Lancaster, Leroy (Marguerite Dow), Fern (Rod Douglas), Mary (Tom Huryn) and Chris Dow of Morrisonville; and his brother-in-law Allan Tessier of Lawrenceville.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tri -Town Rescue Squad or to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Vally Inc. The family also encourages you to take a moment to acknowledge people who dedicate themselves to caring for others.
