She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Monica and Dorothy Monica (Brown); her husband George H. Webb; her son David; her son-in-law John McLaughlin; and her siblings, Marvel Monica, Rita Monica and Edna Monica.
She is survived by : her children, Susan McLaughlin of Gouverneur, Nancy, JB Cappione of Massena, Donna Fregoe of Chazy and Harold Webb of Winthrop; her sisters, Lila Fiske of Brasher Falls and Neva Cross of Bombay; her grandchildren, Matthew, Kara Fregoe, Piper Webb and George Webb; and her great grandchildren, Lily Fregoe, Erin Fregoe, Jacy Fregoe and Liam Fregoe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
