She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecile Chapman (Arquiette) and Edwin Chapman; and her sister Beth Rinquest. She is survived by: her husband Duane Burnap; her children, Dreane Burnap, Heidi (Jim Otis), Ruth (Gary Page), Jolene Burnap and Joshua (Sara Burnap); her grandchildren, Caleb Otis, Derek Otis, Cory, Abigail Page, Casondra, Brandon Crinklaw, Kyle Burnap, Kyle Everts and CJ Everts; her great grandchildren, Caydince Page, Oakley Page, Huntley Page, Cordelia Crinklaw and Perstephanie Crinklaw; her siblings, Rena (James Roach), Jean (Richard Hamilton) and Edwin (June Chapman); and her brother-in-law Frank (Mary Rinquest).
