Stephen L. Monica Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen L. Monica of Wingdale, New York, who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Monica and Wilma Monica (Wagstaff). He is survived by: his daughters, Leah Bochar (Michael) of Wappingers Falls, NY, Deidra Monica (Clive Lodge) of Santa Fe, TN and Stephanie Orton (Jody) of Dover Plains, NY; his siblings, Edward Monica (Sandy) of Las Cruces, NM, Yvonne Coburn (Michael) of Millerton, NY and Linda Coburn (Kevin) of Wingdale, NY.; his grandsons, Michael Bochar and Nathaniel Orton; and his close friend Mike Hafner.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hufcut Funeral Home (3159 NY-22, Dover Plains, NY 12522). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
