He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Wilcox; his children, Samantha White (Alton) of Wingdale, NY, Dawn Beattie (Bill) of Stuart, FL, Kathryn McPhilomy of Jacksonville, FL, James McPhilomy (Kathy) of Rockwell, NC and Michael McPhilomy, Jr. (Kristin) of Medford, OR.; and his sister Georgia Bouquillion. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
