With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Bernard Sullivan of Wingdale, New York, born in Yonkers, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Sullivan and Elizabeth Sullivan (Fariel); his daughter Eileen C. Sullivan; and his sisters, Ellen Roth, Mary Beth Sullivan and Kathleen Egan.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Neils; his children, Brendan Sullivan (Heather) of Lagrangeville, NY and Patricia Young (Frederik) of Waterford, NY.; and his grandchildren, Keagan, Kiley and Kerigan Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hufcut Funeral Home (3159 NY-22, Dover Plains, NY 12522). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (62 Mill St, Dover Plains, NY 12522).
