He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Pulver, Sr. and Minnie Pulver (Hyatt); and his wife Martha Ketchin. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Pulver (Milinda Murphy) of Wingdale, NY and Jeanne Muncey of Wingdale; his siblings, Glenn Pulver (Rosalie) of Pawling, NY and Evelyn Sarels of Dover Plains; and his grandsons, Martin and Mitchell Muncey.
