She is survived by: her children, Diana Hayes (Michael Mosher), Daniel Perkins (Rena) and Doreen Cadwell (Hamilton); her grandchildren, Jason, Kyle, Rachel, Melissa, Corey and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Carmin, Alexis, Jordis, Anna, Logan, Tyler, Ethan and Thomas; her sister Sylvia Battista (John); her children-in-law, Donald Hayes (Barb) and Anita Survila (Andy); her son Robert Sulkoski; and her pet Bindy.
