It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rae L. DeVoe of Windsor, New York, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard H. DeVoe. She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Joanne DeVoe) and Jody DeVoe (James Lang); and her grandchildren, Jackie DeVoe, Katie DeVoe and Maddy DeVoe.
