He is survived by: his daughter Carol Conklin (David) of Kirkwood; his grandchildren, Melissa and David; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Victor, Carson, David, Jr. and Adalyn; his nieces and nephews, Richard Kohlbach (Sue), Cheryl Tifft, Sharon VanZandt, David Kohlbach (Kim) and James Kohlbach (Kathryn); his friends, Donna, George, Clyde, Crystal and Billy; and his pet Mooch.
