He was predeceased by: his wife Peg; and his parents, James Jacobs and Madge Jacobs. He is survived by: his children, Donna McLain, Kevin Jacobs, Rachel Wojtkowski, Tim and Candie Jacobs; and his siblings, Carol, Joyce, Bill, Ruth, Mike and Michelle. He is also survived by grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
