She was predeceased by: her brother David Phelps. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Guerin (Chris Ward) and Katie Jacobs (Christopher Hall); her stepdaughter Alisha Miller; and her siblings, Carol Smalley (Cliff), Doug Phelps (Bonnie) and Jim Phelps (Karrie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
