He is survived by: his daughter Kim Hampton; his grandchild Cassidy Waldo; his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Kylie; and his sisters, Shirley (Ron Colpitts), Windsor of Carol Price, NC and Mary (Steve Harris). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
