He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace E. Decker and Frances Decker (Moore); his siblings, Mary Decker Deiztman and Joe Decker; and his close friend Susan Reynolds.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Decker Jr. (Rachelle) and Anthony Reynolds (Shannon); his stepsons, Fred Carman and James Reynolds; and his siblings, Anna, Marjorie, Rhea, Ethel, Michael, Sharon, Jennie, Catherine and Jeffery. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
