We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2025, at the age of 91, Charles Raymond Otis of Windsor, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Otis and Helen Otis; his wife Shelva Jean; his siblings, Clifford, Ronald and Evelyn; his son Duane; and his daughter-in-law Dawn Algire.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Thomlinson, Anna (George Howe), Vienna (Mike Martin), Clifford, Ringo Otis (Wendy Burlison) and Nicole (Rick Cummings). He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (1230 NY-79, Windsor, NY 13865).
