He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Dawn and Arthur Bush (Beverly); his daughters, Heather Bush Kuhn, Heidi Bush Ekrem (Greg Ekrem), Holly Bush and Kathy Mihelic; and his grandchildren, Dylan Bush, Charles Kuhn, Jr., Bayleigh Bush, Cameron Kuhn, Christian Kuhn, Annika Ekrem, Callae Bush and Elise Ekrem.
