It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Slack of Windsor, New York, who passed away on June 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Beverly Slack to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband James S. Slack; her daughter Tammy Slack (Stacie Conklin); and also Joanne Rickerson. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews, several cousins and many many dear friends.
