He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel; his grandfather Paul; his aunt Marie; and his cousin Michael. He is survived by: his parents, Ron Maynard and Lisa Maynard; and his siblings, Rob Maynard, Rob Sherman, Andrea Engler and Ashley Sanderson.
