We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Nellie Mae Langston (Windham, New York). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Short (Barley) and William P. Short; and her siblings, Benjamin, Willy and Evelyn Hultz.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Kratochvil, Debra Maynard, Billy Carr Jr., Catherine Aplin (Troy), Karen Coe (Gene) and Rebecca Gallagher (Martin); the father of her children Bill Carr Sr.; her sisters, Dawnie Leonard and Leona Schultz; and her sister-in-law Ginny Short. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews.
The family would like to request anyone attending please wear a face mask and respect social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to your local food bank, animal shelter, or to the Town of Ashland Rescue Squad.
