We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 69, David L. Hoyt Sr. of Windham, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Hoyt and Albert Hoyt Sr.; and his siblings, Albert Jr., Kenny and Florence Conine (Hoyt).

He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Dibbell of Elka Park; his children, David Hoyt Jr. (Becky) of Stamford, NY, Nathan Hoyt of Windham, NY and Amanda Graham (Hoyt) of Lexington, NY; his grandchildren, Madison, Melanie, Alyson, McKenna Hoyt and Samuel Graham; and his brother Larry Hoyt.

Donations can be made in his honor to Community Hospice of Columbia & Greene Counties.

“David was my cousin. His dad and my dad (Freeman Hoyt) were brothers. We spent many years with our 2 families getting together often, mostly up in the Catskills at Uncle Al's farm. What wonderful memories we created. He was a very special cousin. I am grateful for the 2 times my husband and I got to see him at Lisa's when he came home to hospice. I will always love and miss him. Mary Hoyt Yablonsky”
