She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Gilligan; her son Bruce Gilligan; and her grandson Michael Benincasa. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth D. Gilligan (Sharon) and Geraldine Benincasa (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Drew Gilligan, Kourtney Fall, Nicole Ragaonese, Brittany Derby and Paige Gilligan. She is also survived by six great granddaughters and one great grandson.
