He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nurse and Vivian Nurse. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, John (Leah), Karl (Jennifer) and Sonya (Pete Rundell); and his brothers, Richard (Sue) and Scott (Frances). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
