He was predeceased by: his son Walter Michael Skiba Jr.; and his grandson Rocky Haight. He is survived by: his wife Constance Ida Skiba of Johnson City; his children, Joseph, David Skiba of Johnson City, Darlene Corson (Kenneth) of Glen Aubrey and Sandra Creller (Clint) of Vestal; and his brother Robert Skiba. He is also survived by five grandchildren, great grandchildren.
