She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Dillenbeck and Hilda Dillenbeck (Holt); her husband Donald C. Welch; her children, Doreen Wood and Leon Welch; and her brothers, Clarence and Ellis Dillenbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Welch (Deanna Vivant), John Welch (Amanda Zimmer-Welch), David Welch (Wendy Mosher), Darin Welch (Sally Holcomb), Debbie Vainio (Brandon), Donna O'Connell (Mitch), Dawn Hales, Diane Sague (Brian) and Jason Welch; and her siblings, Nelson Dillenbeck (Debbie) and Glenn Dillenbeck.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the MacPherson Funeral Home (5 Whig St, Newark Valley, NY 13811). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
